ABOUT DEPARTMENT
The Department was established in the year 2012 with the UG program (B.Tech in Civil Engineering) and is one of the oldest branch of KITS. The department has been imparting quality education to meet the technological advancement and industrial requirements. The present intake for the undergraduate program is 120 and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad .
The Department is involved in Material Testing work, offers consultancy services and conduct training programmes for students and faculty. Students are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. Industry Institute interaction is nurtured by organizing and coordinating frequent industrial visits, Expert Lectures, Seminars.Reputed companies like GMR ,TELANGANA WATER GRID PROJECT&CUBE ASSOCIATION,
